Use contact_form shortcode like this in your page content:

If your hosting server is GoDaddy,
Please Sign into GoDaddy. Go to Web Hosting > Launch > Content > Form Mail > change address to match that used as a destination for the form mail in your WordPress installation.
If your hosting service is different company please contact with them.

I just tried that .. no luck :-( …. there are no configuration problems .. so i still dont know what is the problem????

I have just recently updated the theme unless you updated it again recently …

but i will deactivate the plugin and reactivate it and see if that works …
