Please advise how to make my contact page work.
I tried Contact form 7 …Not working.
Host confirmed php is working.
dbdvisuals.comHi, Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. You can contact the hosting service provider.
Also, I would recommend you to install ninja form plugin instead of default contact form.

I already contacted host and they said it is enabled.
Tried loading ninja form but still not working ??
Please advise.
Thanks
DominicHi Dominic;
Can you tell me what kind of mistake you are facing? Doesn’t is sending any message? Otherwise, the submit button is never clicked. What exactly is the problem? Do you currently have old shortcodes and try the default feature?Please view how it looks on my website to understand the issue.

Thankyou
Dominic.Hi Dominic,
Use the shortcode like this;
[contact_form to="info@johndoe.com" subject="Contact form message from Photographer Theme"]
You are using the shortcodes from the old plugin.
Also, go to settings > permalinks > choose post name and save it.
ThanksHow do I edit the contact form so it is sending messages to my email address?
By the way, I’m using the shortcode:
[contact_form to="info@johndoe.com" subject="Contact form message from Photographer Theme"]
But when I go to the contact form and send a test message, I don’t receive any emails from my website. So I decided to lookup HTML and in the code the email is: server@johndoe.com. But I want the messages to be sent to: info@johndoe.com. Can you please help me? – ThanksHi, Whatever you write on the shortcode will already be sent to it. If you are having trouble, try this alternative plugin.

ThanksThanks for the advice. Unfortunately, Ninja Forms is not working for me as well. I’m not getting any emails from my website. Do I need to change something in my wordpress settings?
Hi, Your host may have disabled the mail() function. It must be enabled on your server. Please contact your host company. If you use Godaddy as a host, make sure you go to the cPanel –> Email settings –> MX Entry –> and check which Mail Exchanger is selected.
ThanksHi, Since I was having problems with my Godaddy email I decided to create another email with Gmail and that fixed the problem with the contact form. Thanks for the support. By the way, I really like the Pixelwars theme, great job!!!
You’re welcome, please don’t forget to rate the theme on themeforest if you liked it, thanks.
