Hey,

so I installed ConvertPlug plugin, implemented Mailchimp form but submit button doesn’t work. You enter email, press submit and nothing happens.

I tried to google the answer and the problem may be that this is the older ConvertPlug version.

Did you create your Mailchimp list ?

Also please check the ConvertPlug plugin’s documentation in the theme file. You may miss a step.

I used my existing Mailchimp list who already has subscribers (integrated it with ConvertPlug’s Mailchimp addon).
And I also checked the ConvertPlug plugin’s documentation and did everything step-by-step. :/

Hi,
Please go to Mailchimp for WP > Other > Debug Log and check the errors. If I enter the valid email it is confirming me to successfully added to the list.
I could successfully subscribe to both of the tests I’ve done. Could you check it again?

Yes, it works for your chosen Modal Popup.

But if I choose custom Slide In (TheBlogger Mailchimp custom form) , submit button doesn’t work (doesn’t do anything).

So I guess it’s the problem with the custom form? I’m following this guide:

I’m using Blank style with this HTML:

I want my Slide In to look like my footer newsletter. And with this code, it does look like that. It’s just that submit button doesn’t work.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
