CSS not loading when not logged in

    Hello Support,

I just “demo’d” a site using Episody Theme.

The CSS/elements are not loading properly when not logged in.

If I am logged in to the ADMIN of the site – elements load properly. When not logged in, the following is not properly loading:
    main menu
    images (sponsor section)
    background images on elements
    thumb images on “podcast” page

Can you help me find out what is breaking the site? I am suspecting there is a CSS issue – as that was the issue with my previous post/ticket regarding the logo.

Admin u/p is in private content area. (I can’t take off the “under construction” permanently. Please feel free to turn it off as part of the support… and if possible, turn back on when leaving the site.)

    Thank you,
    Greg

Hello?? may I get some support on this ticket?

It is possible that some type of “minifier” with the css is the trouble. I went through and cleared cache by all the means I see available

I just worked with a co-worker on this issue and we could not resolve the CSS problem.

If we take just the main menu to work with; the CSS for the main menu in the header is written to the header element – it is not imported via a css style sheet.

This css code is not written when not logged in as an Admin.

We attempted to write the code in the Theme Customizations CSS section – this did not work either.

It seems there is a bug with your theme. I am willing to work with someone to help resolve the issue if that is helpful.

Can you let me know when you can address this issue?

    Hi,
You need to contact to “SiteGround Optimizer” plugin author. I deactivated that plugin and all issue is gone. We don’t have any control over the cache plugins. Cache issue is not related to the theme, it is related to the third party plugins. You may think to change the cache plugin as well.
    Thanks

    Hello Serkan,

I apologize for blaming your theme.

I also appreciate you taking time to find out the issue. We’d looked into the caching – and did not find the issue with it.

    This ticket can be closed.

    Thank you again,
    Greg

You are welcome :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.
