Dear Efor Support,
I purchased the Theme and am now building my website. I have two things I would like to implement:
1) How can I add a custom Menu item?
To the right of the normal menu items I would like to have a button with the call-to-action “Book Me” which links to my booking page. The button or custom menu item should look like a normal menu item except it should have a solid background with a color I specify to make it stand out.2) I would also like to build landing pages where I want to hide the top menu items and/or the header at all. How can I make it possible for specific pages?
Many thanks in advance for your help!
Best,
ErikHi Erik,
You can now go to Appearance » Menus page in your WordPress admin.
Click the + Add Items button.
Choose a menu item type from the list. For example: Pages.
Select one of the options displayed for that type. …
Add more items to your Custom Menu by clicking the plus next to each item.
Click Save Changes to save your changes.
It looks like Elementor Pro has disabled the theme header and footer, please check the post below about this;

ThanksHi Serkan,
I am sorry, but I don´t think you did understand me right.
To my question 1) I don´t want to just add a new menu item, I want to add a custom styled item into the header.
I want to make it look like similar to this here:

How can I style one single menu item like that “Book Me”?To my question 2) The link does not solve my described issue. I found the solution by myself here: Edit Page –> Page Attributes –> Template –> “Elementor Canvas”
Hi,
When you add the custom menu, i will change it with css code. You can provide me your website URL.
ThanksHi Serkan,
alright. I´ve put the website URL and login details into the private section.
Please let me know if you finished where and what you have changed and if the theme is still updateable with the custom css changes? Will change my login credentials afterwards.
Best,
ErikHi,
I just added these custom css codes into your additional css box.@media screen and (min-width: 992px) { .nav-menu ul li:nth-child(5) a span { background: #b7987c; color: #fff; padding: 10px; } .nav-menu ul li:nth-child(5) a:hover span { background: #d4b79e; } }If you change the menu order from 5th to something else, just update the css code.
ThanksThank you very much!
You are welcome :) We’d be very happy if you can spare a minute to rate the theme on ThemeForest. Your feedback will boost our motivation and help us to work harder on future updates.
