Custom Pages – background colour in CSS

    Hi there,

    I know that you have set background colours for your 6 default pages, which is great. I have added 4 more custom pages though. How and where do I put the CSS for these single pages ? I would like each page to be a slightly different colour and not mess up the lovely default colours you already have.

    Thanks for your help,

    Siobhan

    You’re welcome, please don’t forget to rate the theme on themeforest if you liked it, thanks.

    Your suggestion worked fine while I had custom pages added directly to the front page using widgets. Since I wanted the 4 custom pages to be sub pages of my “about me” page, I created a custom menu. Since your empathy template colours won’t work on these custom pages, is there a straightforward way for me to add a different background colour to each page?

    I know the css for a single page is as below :

    .page-single { background-color: #edf7f6; }

    To add a background colour to a page, I found this possible solution : http://kimb.me/different-background-colours-for-wordpress-pages/. Would that work for me or do you have a better solution?

    Thanks again for your help.
