I have installed plugins and uploaded demo content as per the support topics and threads here on the forum but my website doesn’t look anything like the sample/demo website. I can’t even find the design elements to insert from the media library.

I have followed the documentation you supplied. thanks :)
But I’m very confused and I am hoping you can help.

Hello, I have the same problem.
I have imported the demo but didn’t look like yours, then I run ‘Advanced WordPress Reset’ and imported it again but I still have the same problem. Could you please take a look? probably the fix is simple but i can’t figure it out. Thanks!

I just went to appearance > install plugins > installed the theme plugins.
Then click to demo import plugin. I just done it for you.

I can’t seem to install jet popup. I get this error message
An error occurred while installing Jet Popup – Addon for Elementor Page Builder: Destination folder already exists. /home/soulawake/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jet-popup/.

Is there anything you can recommend to fix this?

Could you contact your hosting company to increase the upload limit at least to 128mb.
After that, try to import the dummy data again. It should be free of charge.
