Hi Support Team,

I recently purchased your theme and I’m experiencing several issues during setup:

Incomplete Demo Import – Most of the images fail to import.

Theme Doesn’t Match Demo – Even after import, the layout and styling do not match the live demo.

Missing Content – Key elements are missing, such as the above-the-fold slider on the homepage.

Responsive Elements Not Appearing – Several responsive design features shown in the demo are not functioning or visible on my site.

I’ve already tried troubleshooting on my end:

My server exceeds all the listed requirements.

PHP version and cPanel settings have been verified.

I’ve re-imported the demo content multiple times, but the issue persists.

I’m specifically trying to use Demo 3, and it does not look anything like the preview on your website.

Please advise on how to resolve this or assist with importing the demo correctly.

Hi, I will delete all the content and try to perform a clean demo import. Is there anything you want to back up before I proceed?

Hi again, I could manually import the demo data on your site; however, some images are missing. All the hero sliders have been imported, and their style matches our demo site. Home 03 is also imported fine.
