Hello,
I just purchased the efor theme for my client’s website ulrikeberzau.com with the purchase code [code-removed-by-support].
I have successfully installed them but when I imported the demo it’s not importing completely it’s missing pages and features. The Demo I am importing is (Jay Gattuso).
The upload limit is set to 512 MB +
I am short on time and I need to deliver this website in just 5 days.

Following Plugins Are Missing:
JetPopup – Addon for Elementor Page Builder, Pixelwars Core, and Pixelwars Core Shortcodes – (Optional).Contact Page is not as it’s on the demo page.
The courses Page is not as it’s on the demo page.
The Shop Page is not as it’s on the demo page.
Social Icons are missing from the Header.
The blog page is not as it’s on the demo page.

This is not a fix you ruined the whole site,
You deleted all pages.
All blog posts and everything.
I just asked you to fix the errors not to delete the whole site you were supposed to just install the theme and leave the site you deleted all of my elementor saved templates and everything hows that possible I am going to report you to theme forest you are so inexperienced and unprofessional.
I need you to restore everything you deleted that’s completely unfair.
It was my client’s work of 10 years how you are going to pay them back I will also file a case against you if you can’t revert the deleted things.
I have purchased 100s of themes for my clients and it never happened before.I will wait for 24 hrs for you to restore all my client’s data or we will do whatever is required to make you accountable for this.
Simply a theme installation just installs the theme and import demo they never delete the whole site.

You said to save your data you did not make it clear that you will be deleting all of our blog posts and without any permission.your only task was to work in the themes section because you are just theme support and everyone else who is selling themes they have never deleted my data in my 5 years of experience.
Everyone just logs in to import demo data and leaves them to not mess up with my elementor saved templates, blog posts, pages, and all media files you can’t even think how sensitive this information can be for anyone?
I made backups inside my elementor plugin and you deleted all of my elementor templates and deactivated all plugins WOW!
You should have made it clear that you will also delete my blog posts, pages, and save templates for elementor? You never mentioned that. However, as you know we were having a chat in the context of theme error fixes. so I took out all the data from the theme folder that’s what I always do whenever I get support from envato.
Unfortunately, I need to write a brief email to Envato for this and also consult my legal advisor so that you can upgrade your customer services to a standard where everyone is working. This is completely unprofessionalism. I can’t accept this Sorry.
Hi, sorry for the trouble you have had, I can see that our support staff had recommended you to “copy your data somewhere” and you have replied “I have saved my data you can fix the theme” then our support staff had take action on your site after your confirmation. I strongly recommend you to take regular backups of your site to prevent any future loses which can be caused by a piece of code or human error.
