Hello,

I am trying to import demo content and doesn’t work. Its loading for 30 minutes and nothing.

Also I can’t install instagram widget plugin because it doesnt exista anymore on wordpress.org.

Please let me know what we can do ?

Hi, unfortunately, the plugin has stopped working and the plugin author doesn’t support it anymore, we will add support for a similar Instagram plugin with the next update.
You can add your wp admin details via our private content box below. I will try to import the demo data for you.

Hi, you can use this new plugin for Instagram feed, we have tested and it works smoothly with the theme with more options available and better coded then the old one.

Hi there,

I also have problems with the demo import.

Installing the theme. I was told to install all plugins included in the theme and then install the one click demo import.

I have installed all except the WP Instagram Widget. When I try to install I get this error message: “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”. All of the other plugins have been installed.

So I found this topic and installed the plugin which is mentioned, but I’m still not able to import demo content. It still keep’s loading.

Can you please advise me what to do?

Hi,
Could you contact your hosting company to increase the upload limit at least to 128mb.
After that, try to import the dummy data again. It should be free of charge.

Hi,

After contacting my hosting company I learned that is wasn’t the upload limit that was the problem, but the firewall of my hosting company.

That did some adjustments and now I was able to import the demo data
