Dear Pixelwars,

I just bought TheBlogger and uploaded the theme (parent and child). I installed and activated the plugins and imported the demos. However, the demos are not displaying properly (only about 10% of it is displaying). The different types of styles, such as Emma and Andy, are not being shown as in the preview at all.

I tried uploading the theme once again, but I get the message: “Installation failed. Destination folder already exists.”

In addition, the Instagram plugin does not work either.

Can you please help me?

Please go to your ftp and delete the related files.
The Instagram plugin is available for download at https://github.com/scottsweb/wp-instagram-widget
When you remove the files from ftp, just upload a fresh copy of theme then send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well. I will upload the demo data for you.

Thanks a lot for replying! I have no idea what a FTP is and when I Google it I get all different types of solving the problem. I’ve tried downloading Filezilla, but when I enter the FTP credentials, it says “could not connect to the server.” Can you please help if I give you my login info`?

Hi,
I recommend you not to share your ftp information with anybody. I will give you a useful link for filezilla.

It is not too complicated. You just need to remove unnecessary files then we can upload the dummy data easily.

Thanks for sending the details. I’ve deleted the TheBlogger theme files from the FTP server and re-uploaded the theme via WordPress.
