I am trying to make my site (www.whitneymorgan.photography) to look like the page below

I basically want it to look exactly like this page, but I’m not exactly sure how to have different menus on different pages. If you see on his page, he has no menu on the “home” page but as you select “weddings” “families” or “seniors”, each have their own specific menu. Any ideas on how to do this?
