How do you disable the “download image” feature? Most photographers do NOT want their images downloaded?

I don’t mind the “Tweet, Facebook and Pin feature, but download should not be an option.

Is there a way to disable the entire drop down list ?
I don’t want to share on facebook, twitter, pintrest or allow downloads.

I would use the standard gallery but the layout looks much better with the Photo Gallery option.

I found in the Theme Option portfolio an option to turn off the Share Button.
