Disable Google Fonts

    Would like to see an option to simply disable google fonts. This would be very helpful for our Chinese friends that have a lot of problems with such things and folks that like to wear tinfoil hats (me).

    Oh, and you may want to remove 3 calls to the same font if they are used for more than one item.
