Hello,

I am running into a display discrepancy with my pages in the theme. I would like to have the single page format as is shown in the demo. I was able to import dummy data and I also added the empathy template pages into the widget area, but the secondary pages are not displaying properly.

This is what I am referring to:

I have spent several hours reading the documentation and through various support threads, but am not finding a solution. Any ideas?

I would also be happy to set up a user to have a peek at the back end.

Hi Rafael,
Appearance > Menus > Menu Structure set your page here and also appearance > widgets > empathy template page > empathy custom page for that specific page.
Btw, please copy the page content from text tab not the visual tab for your page.

Yes, that is how I had set it up, trying to follow the documentation. I also normally work in the text tab. Any other ideas?

You can try to use this custom css code;

.home-section .content > div { top: 0 !important; }
.home-section h2 { letter-spacing: 0px !important; }

Thanks Serkan for getting back to me. Your code moved the the page content higher up, but there are still strange display issues. Can I set you up as a user so you can poke around in the back end? What email can I use?

I needed to deliver this ASAP, so I just made all the background white. to hide the color discrepancies.

Hi Rafael,
The problem was the widgets. In my first reply, I told you that please choose empathy custom page for your specific pages. You chose empathy home page for your all widgets. I just fixed it and removed the custom css code which I gave you.
