Hello,
I purchased the theme last year and I need to update but it disappeared from my “downloads” section in my Envato account.
I asked to Envato but did not receive any response…
Any help would be welcome, because I don’t want to purchase twice.
Did I miss something, licence expired or something like that ?

Hi, this is really weird.

– are you sure you are logging in with the right account. The account that you bought the theme a year ago.

– it is not possible the licence to expire, you should be able to download the theme.

– if you have still problems contact to envato support again and start a ticket about your request. You should get an answer.

Yes, I didn’t use the right account.
Actually, I didn’t even realise that I had several accounts :-)
