Hi,
I purchased this theme yesterday evening, 14th March, via Themeforest.
When trying to install the new theme that same evening, within WordPress admin it unpacked the zip file but then I received the following error message & the install failed:

“the link you followed has expired”

I tried twice and my WP site is running the latest version.

Please help ASAP as I’m keen to use one your wonderful looking theme templates & get “writing” :-)

Hi, did you extract theblogger-package, right? You should not extract theblogger.zip file.
You can try to deactivate the third party plugins and try it again. If you still have an issue, send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well.

Hi Serkan,
My site is a brand new WP install so only has 1 third party plug in. I deacivated it but the error remains.

I’ll send you my wp admin details now.

Hi,
Your wordpress upload limit is 8mb and the theme requires 11mb at least. That is why you could not import the theme. You should contact your hosting company to increase the upload limit at least to 64mb or 128mb.

Have contacted my Host support to alter the upload file size limit.
Will try the Theme upload again when they’ve completed their edit.

Thank you Serkan for your wonderful and swift support including uploading the Theme as soon as my host support team had made the changes to my upload limits, (whilst I was asleep!).

I certainly will rate your Theme as soon as I’ve started to edit and publish :-)

Hi

I am having the same issue. I installed a plugin that has given me the ability to upload 4GB. But when I upload it through wordpress I get the error message ‘link expired’. When I upload the theme via FTP through my Cpanel, wordpress says the stylesheet is missing.

Please could you help me rectify this situation?

Hi @kelleigh,
You should contact your hosting company to increase the upload limit at least to 64mb or 128mb. The plugin probably could not fix the upload limit.
