I can’t download the dummy demo at all. Is it available?

I am also looking to import the dummy demo. My version has shortcodes appearing and I’m not sure why. http://www.hadiyah.co

Actually dmbalogun if you follow these instructions from the Documentation file you can get the dummy demo.

Import Demo Data

Go to: Tools > Import > WordPress.
WordPress might offer you to install the WordPress Importer plugin, if you haven’t installed it before do it now.
Install and activate the plugin.
Once you’ve installed WordPress Importer plugin, browse to the package folder, select XML data file under Sample Data folder and upload it.
Go to: Appearance > Menus. Select theme location for the imported custom menu.

I still can’t figure out how to get rid of these short codes though.

Hi lolasmalls,
Your old theme’s shortcodes displays in the theme. You should delete them manually.

Just edit your pages and remove them from the content area.
