When I go to install the demo, I get an error message “error 500”. I have installed all plugins. I’ve put my log in the private area so someone from the staff can try to see. thanks a lot.

Hi,
Error 500 is related to your hosting company. I just log into your dashboard. You are using old version of PHP. Please contact your hosting company or you can update it via your cpanel. But it is better to update it via hosting company. Also, you may try contacting your hosting provider for having more memory allocated your site.
