From the last 24 hours Beyond Hosting has been trying to check why it is happening every 1/2 hour to 1 hour and whenever editing content and even randomly.

So, they reached out to Cpanel about it and they have reviewed and said

“cPanel has finished their review. This is being caused by a PHP extension. Does your site require the Phalcon PHP extension?”

So, Could you please let me know if this Phalcon PHP extension is required – also please let me know about the PHP Memory requirement that are optimal to run it or any other setting that needs to be done on PHP.INI and APACHE.

Hi, that php extension is not required and php memory should be 128 MB at least. Thanks
