Hi, just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site. When you have done it, you can deactivate your third party plugins and try it again. One of your third party plugins may conflict with the theme.

Hi, the upload limit and memory size are all good. Once I deactivate the elementor pro plugin, it’s working. So what can I do now to make the elementor pro work?

I can edit with the elementor pro now however I can’t update the changes. It says ‘server error (500 internal server error). Can you help? Thanks.
