Elementor not working after installing

    I purchased this theme and unfortunately, Elemntor does not work. Whenever i deactivate JetElements For Elementor, Elementor work. But most of the features are with JetElements. How do i solve this?

    Plus it keeps asking me to : There is a new version of JetElements For Elementor available. View version 2.3.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. Activate your license for automatic updates.

    Please help me out here.

    Could you please hurry up on getting my site sorted? My client would like to see the site today. This is not right that the theme is purchased and it doesn’t work as it should.

    I just downgrade the wordpress version to 5.4.2 and it is working now. Your client can use the website without any issue. We will release an update for the wp version 5.5 soon.

    Your elementor is working at the moment because I downgraded the WordPress version until we fix the issue. Your elementor and website is working now. We will release an update soon.

    UPDATE: I had updated the site and it works well now. Thanks Serkan. I will msg you if there are any issues now.

    In the future, would i need to still keep coming back to you on issues or do you see that this is a one off issue?

    Hi, Jetelements pro version is integrated into the theme for free. We also provided extra payment for multiple usage. However, the plugin tries to get extra payment for individual use. You can use all features of the plugin for free. I will review the other update part again.

    Hi Serkan, i clicked update wordpress and Jet Elements just now and now it is asking me to Enable safe mode. And it gives some slight problems to my site. Please let me know what to do. Do not refresh my site of edit anything as my information is already in there.

    I just updated the “What you need to succeed​” section. Please check it out. You need to add column and you can add icon into the column section.
    Set your MailChimp API Key in the Integrations Settings. Under Elementor > Settings > Integrations Tab

    for the page you created https://opeaklife.com/test-for-testimonials/, these are all testimonials of the demo site not the ones that my client had put in… What my client had put in, disappeared after updating the plugin. Please get it back. As this issue is the problem that i had already brought up to you earlier and you did say that it is okay updating the plugins…

    Hi, By updating the plugin, the testimonials part should not be lost. If it had caused such an error, all your elements would be lost. There is a possibility that it was accidentally deleted. Only your hosting company can recover a deleted file. Because your old data is kept in your hosting company. There is no error or negligence caused by us here.
    You need to add a testimonials widget and add content again on the homepage.

    Hi Serkan,
    I managed to get back my testimonials and some hidden lost information after the update.

    For example, the section 1 on the main page : your past, present & future flow (Struggling of Feeling Stuck), this got missing when there was an update with Jet Elements.

    It also happens with the section2 : Testimonial Results. All this got lost after the update.

    Could you please make sure that this doesn’t happen in the future? I understand that i only have 6 months of support.

    Also, let me know if all these issues were to happen again, what can my client do to get support. Please check if there are bugs in the Jet Elements. This is not the first time this had happened.

    And another question, how can i change the username of this support?
    My client would like to take over the support now. But they cant change the username.

    Is there a way to transfer purchase codes to a new user?

    Hi, @nivmas

    JetElements is actively developed by CrocoBlock team, and I believe that was a temporary issue and they would release updates preventing any data loss in the future.

    It is not possible to change the usernames but I have just detached the purchase code from your profile and now your client can register a fresh account with that support code again.
