Hello,

I can’t seem to get my Elementor changes and effects (ie box shadow, dividers, spacers) to work properly on my portfolio posts. It’ll show the changes on my elementor design page but not when I reload the site. Also, when I try to import pages from my library it doesn’t keep the style. Could you please help me when you can, thanks.

You didn’t provide me the username. If you have cache plugin, deactivate it, clear the cache and try it again.

I am having the exact same problem too. I cleared the cache and deactivated all cache plugins as you suggested, but this did not fix the issue.

When we test it on our demo site it doesn’t seem to have any problems. When I edit your portfolio page, I saw that the css code was not printed. We’re going to investigate the incident. Can you contact your hosting company during this time? If they’re doing deep cache, let’s cancel the cache by hosting.

Thank you for your help. Can you please test it on my site, not a demo site?

Initially, it was all working. Everything was fine, the Elementor styles were applied to the live portfolio page. However, a few days later, they disappeared and all Elementor elements stopped working.

I will contact my hosting company too but I feel like perhaps it is not that, but I will try just in case.

Please let me know what you find after investigating. I am hoping to present the portfolio in a few weeks.

Hi, @uxer55

I have just logged in to your site and edited your portfolio item “72andSunny – Creative Influencer Network” in Elementor and change the color of the heading (“About Sundae”) to red and hit update and it is successfully applied to the front end. I guess it is all good now.
