The social icons, contact information (“Based in”, phone, email, etc.), and form fields are no longer white and barely viewable on the screen now. I haven’t made any custom .css changes and this has seemed to be impacted in overall customization (which, nothing crazy was done — just following instructions and documentation).

I figured this out, it was part of the theme customization to adjust the layout (I had removed a menu item and it thrown off)

Hi,
You can go to appearance > customize > empathy page color > you can activate the page light text for the contact page and save it. If you added an extra menu, your page order was changed so you need to activate the new light text.
