I brought the Envato theme.
The following notification keeps on coming up \”ThemeGrill Demo Importer – This plugin requires Official ThemeGrill Theme to be activated to work\”I checked and the theme grill demo importer plugin is instaled already. This is preventing me to see Envato theme so as to edit in Elementor. Could you please assist on this so I change the content from the elementor template.
Hi,
Themegrill is not our plugin and it is related to another theme. You should delete it.
Go to dashboard > appearance > themes > activate the for theme.
Then go to dashboard > plugins > install our default plugins then you should run the one click demo import plugin once and choose the demo layout.
ThanksThanks, but the problem is still not solved.
When I attempt to edit the template in elementor, the Envato theme does not show. It still looks like I am working on the back end from word press. One of the reasons I bought your product was because I could simply use elementor to edit your template. I am still not able to do so. Is there a place I can send you a screen shot to show what is the problem?
Thanks
I correct… the EFOR theme and the problem is that when I am in elementor the so promised front end editing is not showing when I press “edit in elementor”
Hi, Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb. If you still have the issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about increasing the allocated memory size for your site.
If you still have the issue, please provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below.
ThanksHi Serkan,
My hosting service had set the upload limit to 2GB adn the problem still persists.
Please see private content box with admin details
Hi,
I just tried to login your hosting but the username or password is not correct. It tells me “login failed” could you please check the username and password as well?
ThanksHi Serkan,

ThanksHi Serkan,
Thanks for your help.
Could you please tell me where exactly do you click to have the front end edit area looking like this : https://ibb.co/JtLj5Xw
since the beggining of this thread and when I follow your instructions “dashboard > pages > edited your pages via elementor button” the only possible option for me is : https://ibb.co/VNQV13P I want to be able to do front end edit.
Thanks!
Hi have figured out the problem.
For some reason there are far too many duplicates of the same pages. Some will allow editing directly in elementor and some won’t.
I had to send them all to trash and one by one install the ones I need. I hope this will not create a problem later. Is there a way to know which ones are the duplicates and delete them?
Hi,
You can reset your website and clear a fresh copy of the theme. Please check the related topic;
