I installed the theme in the wrong domain.
I deleted it from the wordpress installation, but now I should reinstall it.
It gives me error: link expired.

Could you please download a fresh copy of the theme from your ThemeForest account and try it again?
Please be sure that you are uploading theblogger.zip file ?
Extract the theblogger-package and you should upload that file from the theme folder.
If you still have any issue, could you please contact with your hosting company and tell them to check these values for you? In that case, you would have to contact your web hosting provider to increase the limit for you.
