When loading the theme it kicked back several hundred lines of errors, and only see it’s only partly loaded. What I guess happened is the theme is quite large and is overloading the server settings. It basically runs out of memory and so only loads in part. Can you help to find out what exactly we should do if that’s the problem. Do you have specific settings or advice for when this happens, does the server provider need to raise the timeout valueor something else?
Hi,
Could you contact your hosting company to increase the upload limit at least to 128mb?
Also, go to dashboard > plugins > install and activate the theme plugins.
Then try to import the demo data again.
ThanksHi Serkan,
the site is setup now but I have some issues:
The burger menu shows on the left although it is set to right aligned. What can I do?
And whenever I try to embed a code via the elementor HTML widget (a calendar scheduling link) it gives me “server error 403” and won’t let me save the page whereas if I leave the html out I can save again.
And in wordpress I won’t let me open the blog page in Elementor. It says the preview cannot be loaded and I should debug.
Also some of the pages are secure and some aren’t although all the SSL plugins are installed. Could there be of the other plugins that came with the demo pages be interfering?
Can you help please?
Thank you!
Best,
KatjaHi Katja,
If you want to change the hamburger menu position, you need to do further customization because it will effect the social and search position as well. It is not easy with a simple css code.
I need to get your wp admin details because of the testing html widget.
You need to go to settings > reading > change the post page and you will able to edit the blog page with elementor. When it is selected as post page, wordpress doesn’t allow to edit it.
Unfortunately it is not possible design blog archive page with Elementor Free version, it requires Elementor Pro version, you can check out the post below for more about this;
https://elementor.com/blog/build-blog-wordpress/
Btw, there are couple of blog layouts within the theme, such as Regular, Grid, List, Circles etc. You can also customize your blog archive page from Customizer > Blog.
I would recommend you to contact your hosting about the ssl certificate.
Thanks
