Error when activating Tutor LMS Pro plugin

    When installing the Tutor LMS Pro plugin in WordPress I get this error and much of the WordPress backend is broken:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugins_api() (previously declared in /www/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php:102) in /www/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 102

    I just activated Tutor LMS pro plugin and deactivated LearnPress plugin. Where did you see the error message?
