Hi,
You can activate the page sidebar in the customizer but I saw console error on your website which means, you need to deactivate all your third-party plugins and try it again. By doing that, you can figure it out which plugin is conflicting with the theme.
Could you describe your second issue please because, in the main page, there is not any h2 tag so I couldn’t understand what are you asking for?
