Hi Admin,

we are facing the issue while importing the demo data to the template. We have purchased this theme (http://themes.pixelwars.org/?theme=photographer)… we are getting this below error:

Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

and we have the max file size as 220mb. please suggest the way.

Please unzip your sample data file and try it again. If it is already unzipped contact your server people for importing permissions.

Install and activate “One Click Demo Import” plugin from Appearance > Install Plugins. Then, go to Appearance > Import Demo Data and click the button.

Please deactivate other third party plugin and try it again. There should be a plugin which is conflicting with theme.

Hello Serkan… Tks a lot for your reply… I ve done that already… but it seems the same. Nothing happened. Still can´ t activate the plugin… Now I have the following massage: The Theme Demo Import plugin requires PHP 5.3.2+ to run properly. Please contact your hosting company and ask them to update the PHP version of your site to at least PHP 5.3.2.
Your current version of PHP: 5.2.17

Aked already to my hosting company to update de version. Let´ s see if works…

Perfect! Done! Tks a lot for the instructions dear Serkan. Right now I´m having a problem with the WORK page. Just like on the demo data, I´ve got 6 photos: Outdoor, Portrait, People, Face, Natura, Kids. etc… So, how can I full each galery of that with photos????? That might seem a very sily question, but I really couldn´t get it….. could you help me out with that???

You can add your gallery via add media button > create a gallery and add your images.
You can get information in the documentation. Documentation is located in the theme file.

Dear Serkan… I think I didn t make myself enough clear. Did that already… I added my all fotos in the media button.
On the Portfolio button I ve got – PARENT / OUTDOOR / PORTRAITS / PEOPLE / FACES anda KIDS

I want to full each of them with my photos!!!!.. HOw can I do that????

Hi,
You should edit the portfolio items and add gallery in the content area. And on the right hand side, you can see the portfolio gallery types. Also add a featured image for the item and update it.
Then, you should do it for other portfolio items as well.

Dear Serkan.. I finally got what I wanted, specially after your great help.. But I ve got 2 problems:

– If you access my website: http://www.betohilches.com.br , you will see that the photos (galeries) just don t load!!!! They´re all there.. but just don t load at all!!!!

– Second thing: Princing page! I just can t edit this page: I wanna put my price, my details, but everytime I try it, i get this message: Not Implemented

Additionally, a 501 Not Implemented error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could you hep me out wiht that??

Hi Roberto,
This indicates that you have some kind of security module on your web server which blocks the saving because it contains PHP code.
You could ask your hosting company to deactivate it.
If your on a budget host with limited access then permissions can easily cause issues as well.

Wow…! Its been really difficult! Never thought this theme would give me so much work! I feel tired!!!…
My home page… just like in the DEMO site!!! is not working.. I want my home page like this: http://themes.pixelwars.org/?theme=photographer

I´m doing everthing right.. but the only home page that is working fine (in wich I don t want) is the one in my website: http://www.betohilches.com.br

Could you please, help me out with that???

It is not a complicated theme. You are having issue with your host not the theme. 501 issue is related to your host. Please create a ticket and contact your host. If do you have any issue related to the theme, I am happy to help you.

I just can t find the option to get it the same!!!!

your theme has the following options, and none of them leads me to the homepage as your demo:
home, home alternate, home alternate 2, home landing fades, home landing imagens, home landing photowall, home landing slide show and home landing v´ideo,

Wich of them get me to the same homepage as your demo has!!!!??
