I’m using Elementskit footer on the website and the footer on the news page is showing twice.

Hi Aniket,

Thanks for letting us know. The duplicate footer usually appears because both the theme’s default footer and the ElementsKit footer are active on that page.

To fix this quickly, please edit the “News” page in Elementor. On the right-hand side (page settings), you’ll see an option called “Hide Footer” — enable that and it will remove the extra footer.

Alternatively, you can also check Elementskit → Header & Footer Builder to make sure only one footer is assigned to this page.

Please try this and let us know if it resolves the issue.

I think this news page can’t be edited in Elementor, and i’ve also tried hiding the footer in the page edit section but it doesn’t work.

I don’t have Elementskit pro version so I can only use one footer for all my pages – not specifically for other pages!

I’ve also tried creating new page for our blogs but the error is same with two footers.

Please help!!!!!!

Hi Aniket,

Thank you for clarifying and for sharing the details. Since you’re on the free version of ElementsKit, the footer is applied globally across all pages. What’s happening here is that your theme’s default footer is also loading in addition to the ElementsKit footer — that’s why you’re seeing two footers.
