Thank you for a great theme firstly.

I set the featured image for blog post, but it is not showing when style is set to minimal.

Is there any way at all I can show the featured image with the minimal theme? Would really appreciate it

Hi, We were happy that you enjoyed the theme. If you choose blog simple, featured image will be hidden. You need to choose blog type regular to show the featured image.

Thank you! How do I disable the excerpt for this view?

I tried the “Automatic Excerpt” setting in Blog theme settings set to “No” but it still shows the excerpt.

Also another question, how do I edit the exerpt contents/length etc. if I decided to show the excerpt but want to adjust the length, types of media etc. (e.g. not show pictures or video in the excerpt)

Hi,
If you disable automatic excerpt, it generates an excerpt from the post content. You can edit the post content you will see the excerpt area at the bottom of the posts. You can set your excerpt here or you can insert read more tag in the post.
