Dear episody team,

after the latest theme update there is a strange behavior happening in my podcast…that latest two episodes uploaded after the update work fine but all the six old ones stopped finding/ identifying the media enclosures/ files — some players show up without playing the file, one does not show up anymore…the links being output in the source code look strange to me as they do not follow my old given upload routine no more but implement a path which might be plugin-related but not what I used to enter in the media fields in the post edit screen…accordingly on Apple Podcast, Spotify and co my episodes also stopped working? I have the feeling that it might be a conflict with Elementor but I am not too sure where to start to get it going again.

Have you experiences somewhat similar or would you mind hinting me into the right direction? I could leave my credentials in the private field! At the moment I am pretty lost, and I don´t knwo how to reverse the update! Also, I did not install any other plugs or made changes…the site is pretty much as is for the past 3 months!

It´´ is me again! It is either my server, the plugin Castos or your theme…but the problema were being German Umlaute (ä, ö.ü) in the file names. Before th elast updates they worked for moths, after that they stopped working. I renamed all the files and it works again! Sorry to having bothered you! This might become an issue for someone later though…at least German speaking podcasters…:-)!
