Hello,

I’m having an issue with fonts latin-ext chararacters (Turkish characters to be exact). I’m using ‘Lato’ for Body, Menu and Heading. It was all fine until i needed to change something in theme options (not related to fonts) and since then Turkish characters on website not working properly. I’m using latest version of WPML also just updated theme files to latest version to see if that might be the solution but not luck there. In theme options both ‘latin’ and ‘latin-ext’ are selected and font ‘Lato’ supports turkish characters.

Hi, i see the issue, and it is really weird, the code is fine and font supports turkish chars, i will make some tests on this issue and try to realize what causes the problem. I let you know when i come up with a solution. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi again, i just tested this, and it looks like there is a problem with Lato font only, Lato doesn’t comes with turkish chars even with latin-extended checked, i just reported this to Google, hope they fix it soon. Also when i check with another font “Open Sans” turkish chars are properly viewed.
