Is there a way to make the entire first page to be clickable? The idea is to click on the first page and be able to open the page. Peoples sometimes don’t see the “open” button.

Also, how can I change the text on the “open” button.

Hi, this is not available by default, needs more further customizations, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at wpkraken.io to do the job for you.
You can use loco translate plugin to translate the open button text.
