How do I also change the size, font, and location of the text in the featured image without changing the CSS? I don’t see any settings in the theme options. Sample page that I wanted to change the title’s font style, size and location: http://occcustomsite7.com/health/

Hi, You can go to appearance > customize > general > fonts > you can change the fonts and size here.
Also, you can go to appearance > customize > page > page style (you can customize your page style here).
