Hi!
I wanted to ask about few things:`1. How can I get a full width photo in my posts (beside the featured image) like you have it here at the bottom of the post:
http://themes.pixelwars.org/theblogger/default/theres-big-money/
??
I uploaded photo 2048px and added it to post as a full size ant it’s not working.2. Another thing is that I don’t have the “read more” buttons below all the posts – some of them have it and some not – I don’t know on what it depend on and how to fix it.
BTW. Is there an option to change “read more” for another caption?
3. Under post type “video” on a home page I have different font in an excerpt than in normal post. How can I change it to have everywhere the same font?
4. I picked post navigation image – round – but it’s not the same shape which you have in your demo. It’s not round but more longitudinal. How can I get the shape you have in demo?
5. Is there an option to pick the related posts by myself? I would like to vary the related posts under particular posts, not only include the ones from the same category.
6. After uploading the page with archive posts, which is set as a list, it’s all messed up – the images are not in the same line with excerpt. The same problem is on a home page when I pick grid, list or circle type of posts.
7. When I upload a site on a mobile, the featured area is messed up, one link box is up, two others are below the slider… it doesn’t look nice.
I would appreciate help, it’s too many things which are not as they should be :(
Here is my website, so you can see some things which I’m describing: htt://stohistorii.plAgata
Hi guys
I spent few hours yesterday trying to fix some problems and I did it (some probably by accident;)), SO:
`1. DONE2. DONE, but
BTW. Is there an option to change “read more” for another caption?
3. DONE
4. I made it without image, because I didn’t like the longitudinal shape, but if you have any clue how it can be fixed to make a nice, round shape as in your demo – please let me know.
5. not done
6. My BIGGEST problem and I can’t fix it. I set up the home page as “normal”, but archive is “list”, so you can see what I mean.
7. not done
I’ll appreciate help.
AgataHi Agata,
Please don’t ask plenty questions in the same topic. Because it is not useful for other customers to search their same questions. I would recommend you to create a new topic for your each question if you don’t find the solution in the forums.
– You can change read more caption’s title with localization feature. You can install and run the loco plugin. Please read the localization section in the documentation.
– Appearance > Customize > Single Post > Post Navigation Image > Rounded
– Related posts are coming automatically. You can not choose them manually for now. But I will keep it in my mind for the future updates.
-Could you deactivate all your plugin and try it again, please ? Third party plugins can mess the themes sometimes. Probably your alignment issue will be fixed.
Thanks
Hi!
We have the same question as mentioned in #1:
`1. How can I get a full width photo in my posts (beside the featured image) like you have it here at the bottom of the post:
http://themes.pixelwars.org/theblogger/default/theres-big-money/
??Please help :)
Thank you.
Hi,
Please, edit images in your content. Addfullkeyword as a CSS class to your image from advanced options.
ThanksThanks, but it seems not to be working.
Let me go through the motions:
edit post, edit image, open ‘advanced options’, in ‘Image CSS Class’ write: full , click update, click preview changesthe photo is still the same width as the text
Are we doing something wrong?
Hi, Above the advanced options, there are “DISPLAY SETTINGS”
Be sure that size is chosen “full size”
ThanksThank you for replying.
The display settings size is set to “full size”
The image is still the same width as the text.
Is this because max width of image restricted by max width of post?
I want to have text that’s not full width, but occasionaly I would like images that are wider than text, ie. full width.
Found the problem.
In “Display Settings” “Link to” was set to “media file”. I set it to “none” and it worked. The solution was here (along with some useful code to control width of images):
