i was working on my homepage while suddenly the whole page shifted from full page to boxed or 740 px as in PAGE/POST CONTENT WIDTH in the customizer. i can toggle the sections to stretch and get full width but then some sections like ‘ results i have helped create’ and ‘recent courses’ don’t pan out properly. they remain slim and or too many features come on the page. or some like ‘featured in’ become to wide and there is no padding. also on top there will be a border between the header and the first section which i have to minimize with a -100 margin.
what happened and what to do?Hi,

I could not check your website because you didn’t share the website URL. You only shared username and password.
Elementor and another plugin may conflict. That is why I asked you to deactivate third party plugins except theme plugin.

i want to thank you for your help so far. And I did what you said and I activated all the plugins that i thought are essential and the newly installed theme looked perfect, just as on the Envato site. Then i left the house and when i got back after a few hours, the whole layout is gone.

if want to clear the browsers cache, is it sufficient to clear cached image and files?it’s weird i wanted to ask you how and what about clearing browser data but if i do i get blocked with this message: A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site
Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 403)maybe can you just tell what to clear? for obvious reasons some like passwords and browsing history i would rather not clear all the time…

It is related to learnpress plugin. If it was deactivated when you import the demo data, you can get this kind of error messages.

i did a complete reset and had all the essential plugins activated and updated including Learnpress, although not set up.
i Still when i activated the Judy West demo I get the same error messages and when i try to work with it, it doesn’t behave properly.well strangely it seems to behave okay. but what should i do? with all those error messages my work now will be lost somehow?

If your course page works fine then you can ignore the messages. If there is something wrong, I can try to import the demo data for you again.
