Hi there,

I want to create a page with a portfolio on it, and when you click on an image, you will be directed to a page where another gallery is nested for that specific item. I hope you understand my question because my english isn’t that great..

Ok, create portfolio page with items, then use direct url option for the images to created galleries under gallery menu.

Thanks for your answer. But what where can i find the direct url option? Do you mean that i need to replace the permalink of the gallery with the permalink of the portfolio item? Because in that case, i am not able to do that because i can only edit the permalink from …/gallery/… So the permalink won’t be the same.

I am sorry for all those questions, i hope you can help me out though.

– Create a page with “Portfolio” template.

– Add this page to your menu.

– Go to Gallery > Add New. Create a gallery and publish. Then copy its view url.

– Go to Portfolio > Add New. Select “Direct URL” type from Details box. Paste the gallery url to direct url input.
