    Hello, once trying to change type of gallery from Standard to Photo gallery 2 or other types, it does not work. After WP actualisation, the gallery remains Standard or it does not work properly. This issue concerns all galleries of my website http://www.danielkopecky.com in portfolio site, e.g. http://danielkopecky.com/portfolio/newborn. Thanks in advance for helping me to solve this issue.

    Hi, you can try running this plugin and regenerate all your images for once;
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
    If you still have the same issue, deactivate all your third-party plugins and do the same step again.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you. I followed your instructions but did not help. Images are not viewed properly (once entering pages or their sections) and it is necessary to refresh the page every time to see all images properly. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, it is not reliable.
    Under this condition, the template is useless and I cannot use my website. Please send me instructions how to fix the problem or propose the solution how to solve it.

    Thank you
    Regards
    Daniel

    Hi, That’s really awkward. Can you try this;
    – install and activate this plugin;
    https://github.com/getsource/default-to-gd
    – create a new gallery post by uploading fresh photos
    and let’s see if this gallery has the same problem.

    If you still have any issue, we will do a more detailed investigation and find a solution to the problem. For now, we recommend you disable the “load one by one” feature.
    Thanks for your patience.

    Hi, thank you. I followed your instructions again but it still did not help. I see key problem in Gallery type, once using Standard gallery, photos are displayed properly, once changing gallery type to Photo Gallery 2, displaying of the pictures is not stable and it is necessary to refresh the page to see the pictures. Using Standard gallery is not an option because pictures are displayed in square format only. Would it be option that I provide to you admin details and you will look directly into WP template? I will appreciate to finally fix this problem soon.

    Thank you
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,
    You can send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well.
    But before you send it, deactivate all your third party plugins and try it again.
    Thanks

    Hi Serkan, I deactivated all plugins but the problem remains. I also tried to keep your recommended plugins such as Default to GD and Renegerate Thumbnails, but nothing changed. So I will appreciate if you can look directly into the settings and fix it.
    Many thanks

    Hi Daniel,
    For security reasons, I removed the user information you shared. For these types of information, I would recommend you to use the contact menu on the left side. I think it originated from Load one by one feature. The “Wait for all images” feature works fine with gallery 2, but “load one by one” is intermingling. We will learn the reason for this and solve it. It is recommended that you now use the “wait for all images” feature. It works without any problem on the portfolio.
    Thanks

    Hi Serkan, many thanks. It seems that it works right now. It takes a while to load the pictures but they are displayed properly. I will appreciate if you can solve or advice how to fix”load one by one” , but “wait for all images” solution is fine for time being. Can you please advice where can I select “wait for all images” in order to avoid the problem in future galleries? Or it is set by default at the moment?
    Thank you
    Daniel

    Hi,
    I will keep you updated when I find a solution for “load one by one” feature.
    Please go to appearance > theme options > portfolio > gallery loading > wait for all images.
    Thanks
