Hi team,

I am sure many people have raised this issue before. On our mobile browsers, whenever we click on a gallery image, it does not load the popup zoom. Instead, the entire site freezes.

This is a serious issue as it basically makes the gallery useless to browse. Could you please advise a fix asap?

I know you said you can’t detect the problem on the devices you tested, but with so many people raising this issue, there is definitely a problem. Please don’t ignore us.

(Tested on Safari, Chrome / iPhone)

Strange as it is, the demo website seems to be working okay.

The URL of the test site gallery is at http://www.quanticgroup.com.au/dev/jyd/gallery-01.html

If you test it on your phone browser, you will see that clicking on any of the images freezes the site. Any idea what is causing it?

Hi metrotronic,
Please remove all your customization work and try to add step by step and check on the mobile browser. Because it is hard to detect which step is affecting your website. Photographer template doesn’t have any frozen issue. It is occurring because of the customization.
