I have made the following website http://www.davidebarrera.com/

I have adjusted the pages to either black or white. However, it seems that while loading the website ‘the original’ grey background still is showing for a few sec. Also on the phone, when I drag the page down or up, some parts of grey are still showing.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Hi,
The grey color is coming from body color. It is not a big deal i guess because it take just few miliseconds. You can try to use this custom css code;

body { background-color: #000a0f !important; }
