Hi, we purchased a Cleann template license, but we cannot edit the footer/header with Elementor, and the widget section does not support the use of templates and teh documentation lacks about this feature. We would like to use Theme Builder as we have done on many other sites, but it seems we have to purchase a license, which we imagined was included in the template, right?

We are using elementor with this theme and we haven’t tested the theme builder with the theme. If you provide me your wp admin details via our private content box below, I will check the elementor issue for the header and footer.

Hi,
You need to get elementor theme builder for customizing the header and footer via elementor
https://elementor.com/blog/header-footer-builder/
But you can also customize your footer area via go to appearance > widgets > footer widget area.
Also if you go to dashboard > appearance > customize > you will able to customize the header and footer here.
