Hi, When you edit your page other than css, there is a header option in the panel on the right. When you select header style default from customizer instead of transparent, it will also be affected by the change you make on the customizer.

Hi,
You need to get elementor theme builder for customizing the header and footer via elementor
https://elementor.com/blog/header-footer-builder/
But you can also customize your footer area via go to appearance > widgets > footer widget area.
Also if you go to dashboard > appearance > customize > you will able to customize the header and footer here.
