I hope you are doing well. I recently purchased the Consultify theme and have installed it successfully. However, I am facing some issues and would appreciate your assistance in setting up the theme properly.

Issues I Am Facing:
Elementor Template Import Issue – I am getting a critical error when trying to import Elementor templates.
Hero Section (Edit Dragon) – Video & Image Mix
Currently, the hero section only allows images.
I need an option to add videos in the Edit Dragon section.
I would like to display a mix of videos and images, for example:
2 videos + 2 images or
1 video + 3 images
Please guide me on how to achieve this or assist in adding this functionality.
Projects Section Not Displaying Properly – In Home 04, only text appears in the Projects section, but images and project details are missing.
Since these issues are affecting the setup, I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve them. If needed, I am happy to share my WordPress login details securely so you can check and configure everything properly.

For this theme to work in the best and smoothest way, the necessary server configuration settings need to be made.

Please make sure that your server configuration settings are as shown in the link below.

Server configuration settings can be adjusted through the hosting control panel. You can do this yourself, or you can ask your web hosting provider to make these adjustments for you.

Assistance Needed – Hero Section Video Option

Hero Section – Video Support Needed
I would like to add video support in the Hero Section (Edit Dragon) where currently only images can be used.
The section currently allows four images, but I need an option to use a mix of videos and images (e.g., 2 videos + 2 images or 1 video + 3 images).
Can you please guide me on how to enable this feature or modify the section to support videos?

Hi, Go to your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to Pages and find your homepage.
Click Edit with Elementor.
Add a Video Widget:
Drag and drop the Video widget from Elementor’s widget panel into the Hero Section.
Upload or link your video file (e.g., from YouTube, Vimeo, or a self-hosted MP4 file).
Adjust the video settings (autoplay, loop, mute, etc.) as needed.
Combine Videos and Images:
Use Elementor’s columns to create a layout that mixes videos and images.
For example, create a 2-column layout:
Column 1: Add a Video widget.
Column 2: Add an Image widget.
Repeat this process to achieve the desired mix (e.g., 2 videos + 2 images).
Style the Section:
Adjust the spacing, alignment, and responsiveness of the columns to ensure the Hero Section looks good on all devices.
Update the Page:
Click Update to save your changes.
