How do I get the same layout like this example above, with the “about me section” like that and “latest blog posts” like in the example?

Hi,
I just added an alternate homepage. Please check it in your pages folder. You should choose latest post template on the right hand side of the page. For the about me widget > go to dashboard > appearance > widgets > page featured area > drag and drop intro widgets then activate it in your homepage.
