When my home page loads with the photo wall I get about a 2-second delay where the photo wall is a bit distorted then it loads normally. Is this normal?

It is related to your server timing. You don’t need to worry about it. But also, you can search a plugin to load your images faster. Just be careful, sometimes this kind of plugins can affect the theme file.

Thank you! – Also when viewing the home page on a mobile device the welcome text that is overlaying the images is not centered horizontally. Is this normal?
