Hi,

I have made a website, it is still in test mode (staging mode), and it works fine, exept the home page doesn’t work on edge web reader. all other pages works, but the home page doesn’t.

It looks fine on chrome, but shit on edge.

What is wrong? I hade a third party instagram plugin but I tried removing it and the home page was still wrong.

I fixed it with this trick: I have disabled the “Smooth Scroll” from Customizer > General > Layout.

Hello again!!

I can’t find where to create a new topic so i’m trying to write it here.

My website kfss.se has got double scroll bars. I don’t now when this started but it must have been today or perhaps yesterday. The double scroll bars does something so you can’t scroll on the page if you don’t physically grab the scroll bar and use it to scroll.

It seems this problem is on all pages on the website.

I visited kfss.se and wasn’t able to reproduce the double scrollbars on my end, so this may be related to something specific to your browser, a recently updated plugin, or a caching issue.

To help narrow this down, could you please share:

1. Which browser and operating system are you using? (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac)
2. A screenshot showing the double scrollbars?
3. Does the issue also appear on mobile devices or only on desktop?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

• Clear your browser cache and hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
• Test the site in a different browser (e.g. if you’re using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge).
• In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins and deactivate all third-party plugins (not the theme itself). Then check the site — if the double scrollbar disappears, reactivate the plugins one by one to find which one is causing the conflict.
