Hi, i’m using DEMO 06 (Judy) my homepage suddenly changed to a fixed width and all of my content is missing (Other pages work fine). There is absolutly no content, no animations… the menu section of my homepage is looking as simple text, no colors, no animation, nothing. Also the counters don’t work.
Other pages work well, the animations etc.
it’s been like that for a few days, i tried to get support but i still have no answer… i’m in the rush to finish this project for one of my customers. Usually supports are quicker to reply and have a solution. PLEASE HELP ME !!

according to what i read on the support channel, i’m not the only to face this issue.

Hi, where should i paste it exactly ?
The full ligne “.elementor-invisible { visibility: visible; }” ?

i pasted it in APPEARANCE>ADDITIONAL CSS and now the content of my homepage is back but there is no animation. The menu section is still “simple text” and not any one of the counters works.

Hi,
Jetpopup plugin is causing the issue. We reported the issue to the plugin author and waiting an update by the plugin author. Also, you can report the issue as well. Temporarily, you can deactivate the jet popup plugin.
