    Hi Cuong,
    Go to: Appearance > Menus. Select theme location for the imported custom menu.
    Go to : Appearance > Widgets > Blog Featured Area > drag and drop the main slider widget and check the settings ( width : 100%, extra wide ratio, slides counts 5, show items 1, slides sticky posts ) and save it.
    Setting Up MailChimp for WordPress you can read the documentation ( plugins section )
    And add featured image for each posts and make some of them as sticky posts.

    Hi Cuong ,
    You need to install plugins for those features. You can get the links to those plugins in the documentation. Please read the plugins part in the documentation. You can find it in the theme folder.
